In addition to participation in these programs and services, this information is used to contact our web customers for customer service purposes, if or when necessary. By using any interactive portion of this web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by PFHA according to this privacy policy.

• Registered horse information supplied through the registration process for Paso Finos, is considered proprietary information and only made available to PFHA members through "Horse Info."
• Names of volunteers to the association such as officers, committee chairs, show managers and secretaries, judges and stewards, and club contacts may be made available in various locations on this web site.
• Results of horse shows, program participation standings, achievement award winners and other association program results may also be displayed on this web site.

Email Addresses

Email addresses are collected solely for the purpose of communicating with the PFHA's customers via a Broadcast E-News, Flash News and for customer service issues.  Except for (i) PFHA - approved third parties who distribute equine related literature,and (ii) PFHA Regional Directors who publish directories for their region,email addresses are not shared with any third parties who are not affiliated with PFHA. PFHA may use information provided at registration or information obtained through third parties.  The use of information provided at registration or obtained through third parties may also be provided to PFHA corporate sponsors if we have so notified you on our site.

PFHA has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control.  The servers for PFHA are stored in a physically secure and climate controlled facility.  Beyond the physical protection of the servers, we protect against data loss by regularly backing up data, performing consistency checks to prevent tampering, and restricting access to information on our servers via several user authentication technologies.  Only those employees needed to carry out the business functions of PFHA will have access to users’ information.
